Facebook:
I would reccomend Facebook as it is one of the most popular social media tools you can use to reach new and current users. Facebook is also simple to use and you wont have to worry about any layout design and themes to apply. A lot of business use facebook as their main point of reference instead of a website. Not only is facebook a great advertisement tool but also a good communication tool as users can comment on posts made by the library or message privately for enquires they may have.
Instagram:
Instagram is another social media tool I would reccomend as it is most popular with the younger generation, so it would be great for libraries to connect with kids and keep them interested in their local community library. It is a video and image sharing site that is easy to navigate. It is also great for communicating with customers as there is a messaging and comment feature.
